Did you know that we have an EVENTS page! Just in case you wanted to plan ahead…
Alibi Ale Works has released Nitro Contradiction – Golden Mocha “Stout” in 16oz NITRO CANS. The beer looks like a pale ale and drinks like a stout. It’s a golden ale brewed with oats and lactose that’s conditioned with loads of coffee, cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. Available at both the Incline and Truckee taprooms. Check out their video on how to enjoy their beer HERE.
IMBĪB Custom Brews recently installed a larger brewery system. The first beer out of the new system is out, Blonde Crush. It’s an easy drinking 6% Belgian blond style beer with a new age twist. Dry hopped with sterling and sorachi ace. There are honey and white bread malt notes, lemon zest, pepper and clove from the yeast and hops.
Under the Rose is releasing wicked nor’easter on Friday, (9/8). It is a New England style IPA that is kettle soured and aggressively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. It has notes of juicy nectarine and grapefruit and also combines the tart acidity of lemon that you would find in sour beers.
