We have added a couple of new happenings to our EVENTS page! Just in case you wanted to plan ahead…

Alibi Ale Works as jumped on the BrütWagon. Their new Brut IPA made with pilsner malt, a touch of wheat and generous doses of blanc/citra/azacca hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. Notes of peach bellinis, white grape skins, and juicy pineapple.  7.0% abv. Draft only at both locations starting this Friday.

Brasserie Saint James has released Kiwi G a Tart Kiwi Grissette, dry-hopped with Rakau. This rustic wheat saison was brewed with wheat and fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. It was refermented with pureed kiwis and later dry-hopped with Rakau from New Zealand. The aroma is similar to what we imagine “candied” hops to exhume. It drinks light and is refreshing with subtle acidity and notes of lime, green apple, fresh cut grass, vanilla, and stone fruit. The use of wheat helped provide a soft and slightly creamy mouthfeel. 5.2% ABV.
