We have added a couple of new happenings to our EVENTS page! Just in case you wanted to plan ahead…

Pigeon Head Brewery has a new beer…Gin Barrel Aged Gose. This one has been much anticipated as it has been aging for almost a year in a Frey Ranch Gin Barrel. A salt water beer, fermented with Lacto and conditioned with Brett. Aged with lemon, lime, peppercorns, and a nice balanced floral character from the barrel. It is infinitely complex and satisfyingly refreshing for this hot weather. 6% ABV.

IMBĪB Custom Brews has two new beers…

Rainshadow Brut IPA. This pale, dry, spritzy IPA is full of amazing hop aromas like melon and citrus. Featuring Hull Melon, Belma, Hallertau Blanc, and Citra hops. This one was conceptualized and brewed by brewing assistant Trevor Blackburn. What is a Brut IPA? You can find your answer HERE.

Belgian Table Beer was aged two months on a unique brett strain that gives the beer a dry and crisp finish. We have many dry hopped variants including casks of this tasty summertime session beer that will be released through the summer.

Brasserie Saint James has released Hoppy Abbey-style Blonde Ale with Brett and Yuzu. Proprietary expressive yeast blend containing brettanomyces and a single strain of saccromyces from a classic abbey-style brewer in Belgium help provide a dry and soft canvas with subtle notes of spice, pear, and citrus. No bittering hops were used, instead 4 lbs per barrel of whole cone Sterling hops put in the “hop back” to instill pungent notes of floral earthiness and wet grass without being bitter. The beer was allowed to mature for over two months before re-fermenting it with Yuzu juice to allow for the beer to naturally carbonate. The additions of Yuzu juice helped aid the beer in having a range of citrus-like qualities which when combined with it’s more pungent floral qualities yields an almost grapefruit/pomelo like character. Dry hopped with Citra to further accentuate its floral citrus-like attributes while remaining un-bitter-ed.

Revision Brewing is releasing several beers…
Scrog Grog NorthEast Style IPA is brewed with Citra and Exp. 06297 hops, a dollop of milk sugar and a good dose of sweet, sweet lovin’. Draft release only in the taproom until August. 6.5% ABV
July 13th –
Playafication Northeast Style IPA – A thirst-quenching, refreshing Northest-Style IPA born of 100% Mosaic hops. 6% ABV
Ales for ALS (2018) (Draft Only)
Mystic Topaz NE IPA – This brew leads with Citra and Mandarina Bavaria along with a lil’ dose of Galaxy hops for good measure, making it heavy on the sweet-orange side of the flavor spectrum.

Alibi Ale Works has released Mr. Tartacular’s Big BARREL Tickler. What happens when  triple berry sour – Mr. Tartacular’s Big Berry Tickler – takes a 5 month nap in red wine barrels, then re-ferments with more raspberry and plum puree and Alibi’s favorite brett strain? You get more jam, more funk, and more tactacular goodness! This one is limited! Draft only at both locations. 5.0% abv.

On Friday, 10 Torr is  releasing Beach Blanket Berliner Weisse. This tropical Berliner with tangerine, passion fruit, mango and guava is like summer vacation in a glass. This is a limited can only release.
