Nevada Sunset Winery is hosting a Cookies & Wine event. $10 gets you four pairings that benefit the Girls Scouts of  the Sierra Nevada.

Beer NV thinks you’ll be Green with Envy as they host a Sierra Nevada Brewing tap takeover. You’ll enjoy $2 off pints from the following lineup: Brut IPA, Stories Golden Ale, Resilience Butte County, Proud IPA, Hazy Little Thing IPA, Porter, Bigfoot 2017, Bigfoot 2018, Torpedo Extra IPA.

The 395 Craft Beer & Spirits and Spirits is hosting a Grand Opening Celebration.
This all-day party will feature Slater’s Ding-a-Wing food truck (noon – 4 PM), hourly give-a-ways and drink specials all day.

Mellow Fellow of Reno is hosting an Able Baker bottle release event for their Double Barrel Honey Dip Stout in 22 oz. bottles. Plus, they’ll be pouring three new beers:
Candy Bar Kiloton – Confectionery barrel-aged Imperial Dark Ale with almonds, chocolate, coconut, and cinnamon.
Swimming with Debré – Barrel Aged Brett Saison.
Double Dry Hop Waddle – Session IPA.

Beer NV is once again teaming up with Vitalant (formerly United Blood Services) for the pint for pint program. When you donate blood during the month of March, you will receive a voucher good for a free pint of beer redeemable at Beer NV.

Lead Dog Brewing has released a new West Coast Double IPA that is getting the “Flagship” label. Brewed with Mosiac, Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops to create a complex aroma and taste that give way to fruity, piney and tropical flavors. 30 IBU, 7.4% ABV.

South Lake Brewing has released Bosses’ Away, a west coast IPA brewed with a restrained malt bill and dry hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra hops. Notes of orange pith, grapefruit, and resinous pine sap with a dry and clean finish.

Alibi Ale Works is releasing their 400th brew, an English Barleywine. This beer is made with English Maris Otter malt and a splash of English crystal malts, Crystal hops and a nice long boil. It’s deep mahogany in color and tastes like rich toffee, raisins, honey, aged Port, even a hint of amaretto. It clocks in at 10.25% ABV…so be careful with this one! Available on draft at both locations starting Friday (3/8).

Quintopia has released Crust Buster Amber Lager. It is named after the temperamental Plumas County skiing. Warm caramel malt shines through in this mellow, malty lager. 38 IBU, 5.4% ABV.
